Refund and Return Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All merchandise returned must have original tags attached, be unused in sellable condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Store Credit

Leda sport is happy to offer store credit for the value of your exchanged item. Please submit your request to cs@leda-sport.com. You’ll be issued store credit via email – this credit will not expire and can be used to purchase a replacement item. Store credit does not include the shipping cost or tax.

Partially refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Item defect that demands for partial refund than return.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts.

Exemptions

Unfortunately, leda-sport.com is not able to offer store credit for the following items:

  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount that is 20% off or more
  • Items marked final sale
  • Non-leda sport Items
  • Items purchased at a trunk show, pop-up shop or at any of our retailers
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Changes to an Order 

If an error was made during the ordering process, please contact cs@leda-sport.com. We will do our best to adjust the order to your liking. If the order has already been processed and shipped, we will recommend the next steps. Likely you will need to return the order via the aforementioned process.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges for orders . You can return your item(s) for a full refund. 

Shipping returns 

Items can be returned via mail to our return addresses in China, United States, and Germany.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Source of Products 

Leda sport products are all sourced from China. Fabric factory is certified by bluesign® SYSTEM. Guarantee the safe use of textiles and related products by removing hazardous chemicals before they enter the supply chain.

Sizing
